When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order. We will deliver the products set out in your order ("products") almost anywhere in New Zealand. We also deliver outside New Zealand; overseas orders may still be placed but will require confirmation of shipping costs before an order can be finalized. All Parlay freight is delivered by Mainfreight, Fastway, or Amerex. It will attempt to be personally delivered to the recipient with a signature obtained in accordance with standard courier policy. Click through to collect.
Orders may be processed through our website, with the option to avoid any shipping charges. The collection of ordered goods is available at our warehouse distribution center located at 106 Ossie James Dr., Rukhia Hamilton. Collections may be made at anytime between 9.30 a.m. and 3.30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Payment methods available are EFTPOS, cash, or transfers from ASB. Product Descriptions
The products will comply, in all material respects, with their product descriptions appearing on this site at the time when you submit the order. If a product does not comply with its product description, you may return the product(s) and accept a refund or exchange the product(s). For more information, please see Returns. Returns At Parlay, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If, upon receipt of your purchase, a fault or damage is discovered, it must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours. If you qualify, you may request that we accept the return of the product for an exchange or refund in accordance with New Zealand consumer law. If you wish to return the item, it must first be given return acceptance and clearance by our customer service team, who can be contacted at 079497730 or sales@parlay.co.nz. If you believe the items are not as described or you believe we have made a mistake with your order or delivery, please call our
customer service team on 078461484, who will arrange for the return cost of items to our warehouse for processing.
If you personally made an error ordering the items, then it is your responsibility to return the items back to our warehouse if we
have offered you an exchange or refund.
If required, we will be happy to arrange this for you at no cost via the courier company we use, which is usually cheaper.
